Every item in this store is made to order — crafted just for you when you place your order. Because of this, I cannot offer returns or exchanges for things like size, color, or change of heart.

But the ravens know things don’t always go as planned.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Contact me within 7 days of delivery

• Send clear photos of the issue

• I’ll make it right — whether that’s a replacement or refund

What’s Not Covered:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Ordering the wrong size or color

• Minor color variations in print (every item is custom, and small differences happen)
